Born in Athens. He has been involved with music from a young age. Since 1989, he has been a student of Shankartal in tabla playing. He studied classical guitar with Ahmed El-Salamouny and music education at the P. Palos School in Munich (1987-1991).

He has also attended seminars on musical instrument construction in Greece and abroad. He has been practicing the profession of musician since 1987. He is a member of the Panhellenic Music Association and the Association of Artistic Instrument Making.”
