We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our festival journey!
I am pleased and honored to announce that our experimental dance-music hybrid short film “Sea of Fire” is an Official Selection at the 10th Anniversary Edition of the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF): a Canadian Screen Awards -Qualifying festival!
Receiving this early selection months ahead of the festival is an honor and a beautiful validation of the years of hard work poured into this project. Our dreamlike realms: from deep space and a sea of fire to underwater depths, crystal caves, and a mystical land where everything becomes music, are officially heading to Canada this September!
A huge thank you to the TINFF selection committee for believing in our cross-cultural vision and giving our film such an incredible platform. I’m truly grateful to everyone who supported me on this project and to the entire cast and crew who helped bring this surreal visual universe to life. This belongs to all of us.
